Hooping has so many benefits including; stress relief, improves flexibility, improves your mood, increases fitness level and helps tone the body.

Meet like-minded people to laugh, hoop and dance with.

Each class will learn a set of tricks and transition that can flow together. This will help expand flow to create smooth dance and fluent tricks in your spinning!
No previous experience is necessary, as all levels will be covered.

*Bonus two hoop move variations for those looking to expanding their hooping and be ambidextrous!

We will provide practice equipment, but we do recommend purchasing your own set so you can play at home.
